Overview
Twitter is the social networking phenomenon currently grabbing all the headlines. This introductory session will teach you all you need to get up and running with Twitter and how it can be applied to your business.

This power packed half day session will cover:
- An introduction to the 'Twittersphere'
- The Psychology of Social Media
- Twitter Glossary - learning the lingo.
- Account creation - do's and don'ts
- Twitter concepts/jargon - explained
- The importance of engaging on Twitter
- Tweeting, mentioning , hash tags and re-tweeting
- How to build a following and an online community to help you grow your business
- Identifying WHAT to tweet about - keeping your objectives in mind!
- How to use lists to keep organised
There will also be a 'Real-Time' demonstration of Twitter and a Q and As session.
