The Project Management Overview training course is available at our Cardiff training centre in Wales, which is also within easy reach of Newport, Bristol and South Wales
Overview
To provide delegates with a comprehensive overview of the project management approach. The event will draw upon the experiences of the participants and will include group exercises whereby the participants:define the differences between projects and ongoing operations,describe the reasons why projects might fail to deliver benefits and map these back to the various elements of the project lifecycle
