The Workplace communication training course is available at our Cardiff training centre in Wales, which is also within easy reach of Newport, Bristol and South Wales

Overview

This one-day course is suitable for practising or aspiring team or cell leaders who have experience but no formal training, and can be taken as a stand alone course, or as part of the ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading.

• Understanding our communication preferences and the impact it has when leading teams
• Monitoring the teams goals and targets
• Identifying under performance and the extent in which a team leader can address the issue
