Overview

This one day course has been designed for either practicing, or aspiring, Middle Managers, and can be taken as a stand alone course, or as part of the ILM Level 5 Award in First Line Management.

• Understanding the drivers for change
• Exploring the reactions, barriers and resistance to change
• Appreciate the underlying feelings that change can bring and how this can affect behaviour
• Key aspects of leading change effectively
• Communicate and promote plans for change to overcome barriers and potential difficulties
