This development programme will require candidates to attend the five modules, listed below, to achieve their minimum hours of guided learning, as well as submission of ILM course work.

Managing performance effectively

  • To understand the importance of reviewing members of staff, setting objectives and monitoring performance
  • To be able to set SMART objectives and performance standards for the team.
  • To look at the key components of a performance development review and interviewing techniques required to gain confidence in applying the process
