Overview
The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading aims to give practising or potential team and cell leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic team leading skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.

This nationally-recognised award is designed primarily as development for team or cell leaders
The development is designed to be:
- Informative, participative and enjoyable
- Related to 'live situations' within the working environment, be solution focused around achieving practical outcomes
- Providing user friendly support material with appropriate checklist of notes for future reference
- Practical, participative and focused on transferring all learning back to the role of the individual and their organisation.
Course Outline
This development programme will require candidates to attend the three modules, listed below, to achieve their minimum hours of guided learning, as well as submission of ILM course work.
