The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading aims to give practising or potential team and cell leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role.  The qualification does this by developing basic team leading skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.

Practising or aspiring team or cell leaders who have experience but no formal training will benefit from this team leader training programme.

Course Outline

 

This development programme will require candidates to attend the three modules, listed below, to achieve their minimum hours of guided learning, as well as submission of ILM course work.
