Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
The Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management training course is available at our Cardiff training centre in Wales, which is also within easy reach of Newport, Bristol and South Wales
Overview
This four day course is designed to introduce delegates to ITIL best practise and is a prerequisite for any further ISEB IT Service Management qualifications. The course introduces delegates to ITIL terminology and processes designed to deliver effective and efficient IT services. The course leads to the formal ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management examination.
Examination information
- ISEB examination (takes place at 10am on the morning of the final day)
Prerequisites
Before attending this course, students must have:
- There are no formal prerequisites for this course. Though a good general awareness of IT principles and terminology will be of benefit.
