The Software Testing: What you need to know about the right products, the right training, and the right certification training course is available at our Cardiff training centre in Wales, which is also within easy reach of Newport, Bristol and South Wales

To launch our new range of software testing courses, e-academy has arranged a one-day seminar that will look at the important matters that surround this area of training. The seminar will run on 2nd March 2012 from 10.00 to 15.00 and will cover the following material:

 

Morning Session

 

  • The different areas of software testing
  • Roles that exist within these areas
  • Training and certification that support the various roles, from test analyst to business testing
  • ISEB and ISTQB training and qualifications
  • Certified Agile Tester, and the growth of agile testing

 

Afternoon Session

 

  • Introduction to HP software testing products
  • Overview of Quality Center, Quick Test Professional and LoadRunner
  • Advantages of managing testing projects in Quality Center
  • Quality Center  demonstration
  • Introduction to Test Automation
  • QTP record and replay demonstration against a Windows application
  • The benefits of gaining test automation skills

 

 Both sessions will also provide the opportunity for questioning and answers.

13.30 - 13.45: Refreshments break

13.45 - 14.30: Taking a look at HP products (Part 2)
